1. How would I know if my order is placed?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for all orders in all serviceable pincodes.
3. How to place an return/exchange request?
As per our policy, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on any orders once they have been placed.
Though we offer exchange on all our products. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-4 business days.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order ID, the size you purchased, and the size you'd like to exchange it for. You can reach us at support@wede.co.in.
4. What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?
In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at:

We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
5. Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all orders.
6. What are the care instructions on the T-Shirts?
Hand wash works for all our tees. Do reverse ironing. Do not bleach. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.
