Size Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, and we're happy to offer size exchanges on all our products, subject to availability.

Initiating an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order ID, the size you purchased, and the size you'd like to exchange it for. You can reach us at support@wede.co.in

Exchange Process

Once we receive your exchange request, our team will conduct a quality check on the returned item. Then on successful verification, we will send out a mail with the address where the product needs to be shipped. Please note that we reserve the right to decline an exchange if:

  • The product is worn, missing tags, or without its original packaging.
  • The product is damaged.

Shipping and Processing

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-4 business days.

Defective Products

If you've received a defective product, please contact us at support@wede.co.in with your order details and a few images of the article. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement.

Return Policy

As per our policy, we do not offer cancellations/returns or refund on any orders once they have been placed. For COD payments, the prepaid amount won't be refunded in case the parcel is rejected. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to review our policies carefully before making a purchase.
